The gulf view from my room caught my eye immediately. So stunning! The bed felt like a cloud, perfect for a restful night. Loved the warm cookies at check-in. they hit the spot after a long drive. Pool area fun but a bit crowded. Housekeeping needs improvement. I found some crumbs on the floor. Shower had low water pressure, which was disappointing. The staff, however, was friendly and always ready to help. I appreciated their willingness to assist with any questions. The elevators took a while at peak times, frustrating when you're trying to get to your room. Overall, the location is fantastic, just a stroll to the beach. Definitely a mixed bag but enjoyable overall.

Had a good time overall. Rick was super helpful getting the AC fixed in our room. The staff were mostly friendly, and the chocolate chip cookies? Yum! But man, someone barged in when I was in the bathroom, and it was really awkward. Not cool! The restaurant had great coffee, though.

We truly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the friendly staff. It made our stay more pleasant, especially with our two small children. The pool was great, providing a fun spot for the kids to splash around and enjoy their time.

For dads, it would be great if there was a microwave in the room.
